SANDEWERK s.r.o. is a trading company specialised mainly in selling boots for horses. The boots are made by the Czech company ATOB s.r.o. The manufacture of these boots builds on a wealth of many years’ experience with making human shoes for Norwegian, Italian and German companies.
Our boots
The boots from SANDEWERK respect the anatomy, biomechanics and function of the hoof and also protect and support it. These are boots for any type of terrain. Their benefits include lightness and unique flexibility. They are perfect for hoof rehabilitation as well.
The boots protect the hooves on hard surfaces, such an asphalt or concrete road, as well as in tough terrain in the countryside. In the event of an ill or damaged hoof, the boots can be used as a means for treatment and rehabilitation. The hoof length and width (unless the hoof is atypical) is decisive for choosing the right size.
By arrangement, boots can be manufactured separately for each foot.
SANDEWERK
The boots have their upper made of synthetic leather with a PU coating. The boots are richly bandaged around the foot to prevent the foot from being bruised or scraped during use.
The boots have a hidden internal Velcro fastening (hook-and-loop fastener), the vamp is fixed on the sides by Velcro, too. Finally, the vamp is fixed with a fastening strap around the leg.
The hoof can function in the boot in an optimal way; the boot does not limit it in any way and thanks to the soft bandage it does not pinch.
